What to Bring:
- Clothing: Sapa’s weather is highly unpredictable. We recommend bringing warm clothes, scarves, and hats, as it is typically cold from September through March.
- Weather Conditions: Please be aware that Sapa can be very foggy from December to March due to its high altitude.
- Essentials: Trekking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent are highly recommended.
- Currency: While US Dollars, Euros, and Australian Dollars are widely accepted in Sapa, we suggest carrying Vietnamese Dong (VND) in cash, as local ATMs and banking systems may be unreliable.
- Health: Although there are pharmacies in Sapa, it is advisable to bring your own basic medical kit and personal medications.
